- Allow contacts to have multiple relationships with multiple relationships types – automatically create reciprocal relationships
- Use duplicate rules to minimize multiple instances of the same school/school district

- Migrated from a school focus for recruiting to a community focus for recruiting – ability to re-categorize participants quickly based on community boundaries and spend time with families rather than infrastructure
