Our Process
1. Kick-off meeting
Quixo consultants meet with business process experts, typically for two hours, to clearly identify priorities, business goals, existing processes and current challenges.
2. Configuration & Development
Quixo will configure your Salesforce. We typically coordinate with your CRM administrator/super user during this time.
3. Configuration Review
Review meeting to present customizations using the processes supported by Salesforce as well as gather feedback from users on required changes prior to go-live.
4. Data Preparation & Loading
Quixo provides a template for data loading so the client can provide cleaned/de-duplicated data for loading.
5. Reports & Dashboards
Quixo will build reports and dashboard after client identifies core elements and conceptualizes dashboard components.
6. Training & Go-Live
System is deployed. Quixo delivers hands-on user training and a process outline.
7. Coaching
Quixo responds to user feedback and requests and coaches admin to make modifications as desired so client becomes self-sufficient.
