Identify and train high schools students from impoverished schools in a skill and then place them an internship at a respected company
Solution
- Change the fundamental infrastructure so that each contact is only in Salesforce on time rather than multiple times because they are a donor and also a Supervisor of an Intern at a company
Results
- Allowed each office location autonomy in how they conduct business but kept common components streamlined
